Big infrastructure projects require big volumes for extended time, no one - Gindalbie, Weld Range or JH can supply that by themslves. Its all in or not at all. Mitsu, Sino or anyone else is not going to put in a heap of money and say, build this for gindalbie and we will wait 10 years.
