Now that Tincom have gone we're now open to the possibility of a Carbon tax adding huge value to Coldry.

If I was running esi I would want to fund Arup and get the price to build it with in a few months with out a partner.
By the time this happens Datang will have the results of the first large scale test burn and the policies for a Carbon tax will be agreed upon and ready to vote on by 2012.

THEN A PARTNER SHOULD COME.. .. .. IMO
