interesting time

Hello, evreyone, btv meeting is coming on 2 July, interested thing is resolution No.5, No.6 for two directors, $350,000 fee for each, my opinion is, with share-price under $0.10 is ridiculous! I don't mind they ask more fee, but you should have power to move share-price high, with 350,000 fee, you have to move up to $1 at least, the directors bought couple of million shares to compare with 350,000 per year, this is nothing! As 350,000 can buy more than 3m shares, I am a small shareholder, I don't know the big shareholders what they are thinking? If at meeting, resolution No.5 and No.6 can be passed, that means directors are controling the share, otherwise, being interesting to see, anywhere, at this share-price, I am going to against No.1,5,6, we will see that!
