The 205M concerns only those shares that are currently capable of being quoted. If you look at the Distribution Schedule, then you will find that there are actually 305M shares on issue. The 100M shares that are escrowed have not been counted by Aegis because they cannot be freely traded.

That's the basis of the discrepancy.
