Piste Skier, the proposed class actions do not cause me any sleepless nights. If it does go ahead, I would expect SPO to counter claim against the previous CEO and CFO, as well as the Board members at the time, two of which have since left. I would also expect these counter-parties to have Directors' / Officers' insurance in place just for this eventuality. Very little of any payment should come from SPO itself. All in my opinion of course.
