I listened to the earnings call again last night, i think the speculation about a capital raising is just that speculation, a recycled story for 6 months ago.

"We've leveraged our balance sheet strength to fund acquisitions, and we will manage down debt over time to ensure that we've got good capacity for further acquisitions. Just to be clear, and it's worth reiterating this point, we're not concerned about our debt levels. Our view is that debt is currently cheap. We're well with in the requirements of our debt facilities. We're not out of line with many of our global peers. Our outlook does not result in our balance sheet becoming overstretched. For the doubters out there, we are not imminently about to undertake an equity raising."

I cant see why they would raise new equity in the current circumstances.
