April 4C is based on Dec qtr end.
Did the stock leave the warehouse before 31st Dec (it is still a royalty) Good chance it did.

The pen is paid on stock leaving the manufacturer now not the warehouse. So the question will be about the lead time from manufacturer to the warehouse to the department store. It is available for sale now and the end of the month (28th Feb).

Manufacturer ==> Warehouse:
Which manufacturer? Array, the pen or the packaging?
Does it get shipped by plane or by ship? 


Warehouse ==> Store  (Feb)
How many stores need stock, how large an area (doesn't happen overnight)
Also not the only stock that is being delivered so can be a week to several weeks.
