For the manipulating to work the sell down needs to have decent volume and then afterwards (either hours, days, weeks time )the share price needs to increase substantially which then gets sold into by the 'manipulators'. Neither is occurring with OBJ, it's just a steady decline. I see no manipulating around here just tired weary holders sick of the 10 year + wait.
