One reason, arguably, is that a CR, could see that predication come to pass.
A Cr at current levels could see the sp impacted to that level.
To shareholders everlasting benefit/fortune, imo, OBJ cash burn is not drastic/heavy burden on the company at this time.
That equation may change in the future with the ‘go it alone’ scenario requiring funds to support.
Would be beneficial to the company, imo, if the sp by that time is significantly North of 2 cents.
