I don't think finances would have been a problem if ESI played a bit harder with rights linked to upfront payments. Who in this world gives away so much for a pittance @.052 and a free carry of 10% at a future date that could be now or never.
The issue for me is not Vietnam but when Victoria and ECT make a worthy contribution to our environment and our bottom line on this painful journey.
I want to hear about real tangible stuff that might happen with Loy Yang Power and that beast of a furnace in the LaTrobe Valley.
5 dollar royalty on 70 million tonnes adds up with the added benefit of no rail, no port and no grief.
