Article in todays AFR (I only read print copy). In essence this is a new fund set up last year to take advantage of value gaps arising from poor governance/management. Naturally they claim that their first preference is to work cooperatively and collaboratively with existing management, and only use force if that fails. They clearly see value in our assets not being realised by the current approach. They also seem to have some support from other major holders. No word from JC yet on his reaction.
