I would have thought that this was NOT the time to sell NOX shares. Consider the evidence:

1. We know that a lady experienced an abscopal response when the sarcoma of her vena cava was irradiated with a palliative dose while she took NOX66 at 800 mg/day. It is true that it was 'only' a partial response, but it is was extraordinary by any measure. There had only been eight abscopal responses reported in scientific literature before NOX66 was used; now there are ten.

2. When the sarcoma patient was scanned one month after treatment, the largest tumour in her lung had decreased in area by nearly 75%; no new lesions had appeared; and her chronic cough had stopped. Eight months after treatment, no tumours have grown.

3. A total of 11 clinical sites are recruiting 24 patients for the DARRT trial in prostate cancer. I know of at least one patient who is desperate to join this trial and there will no doubt be many more. They will know that treatment takes just two weeks and that any response should be quick.

4. The first DARRT trial will be restricted to prostate cancer patients. We know of one prostate patient who achieved a total abscopal response and who is apparently cancer-free about four years after treatment with NOX66 plus low-dose radiation.

5. DARRT patients do not need to experience abscopal responses for the trial to be a success; shrinkage of the primary tumours would be an excellent result. But if an abscopal response is achieved in one or more patients, investors who have held onto their shares will have the last laugh.
