Thanks emgee, yes I was aware of earlier announcements from Kevin Wills.What I was alluding to in my earlier post was that to my knowledge a foreign company could quite conceivably make application to the F.I.R.B to take out FMS 100% and not be restricted to current capping rules being applied to overseas Steel Company investment applications I.E.49.9% maximum alloawable.Apologes if posting was unclear in its intent.Either my comment was put together too late in the evening or after too many Vinos.Maybe both.
