savtin, accounting principles record it when the transaction occured. it means even if you worked every day up until june thirty and you are not paid until 2 weeks later for the work, it would be counted as in the 2007-08 financial year. its just you wont be paid until the new financial year, this does not matter as you have a while until tax returns have to be filled.
