Due to the lack of LNY actually maintaining the company website thought I would see what's moving In the top 20. Top 20 movements from 2018, 2020 and 2021
SB and 2 other directors seem to have increased. Not sure if the 2021 is indeed the latest I could find. DYOR and make of this as you will.
Is this a concern of LNY potentially delisting, as the steps below happened in another stock I was holding a few years back prior to delisting and eventually going private and make the big $ after drilling done. If so they do not have to deal with SH's, relaxed regulations unlike public companies and eventually they take all. Could this be happening, hope I am wrong! As something is up by going down the path they are imo.
Delisting steps are - companies do nothing, tick for LNY.
Companies keeps cash balance very low, tick for LNY.
Biggest holder lends money so company increases borrowings and along with a couple of directors increase their holdings significantly, tick for LNY.
Get controlling stake such as 75%-90% support, then delist!
Hope I have got it all so wrong but only the company can come out with communications to state otherwise.
