Unlike KC I think we need more buyers on the register. More buyers means greater liquidity which means greater depth of market which means greater attraction to the insto's.
All depends on the quality of the investor. Only positive cashflow will start bringing in the quality institutions, instead of the speculators, many looking for a quick buck.
