Acquisition last week by Paypal of iZettle... $2.2. Izettle predicted to breaking even in 2020, and processing $6B in transaction values with revenues of $165M.

Interesting to compare Mint's current market cap of around $22M and circa $600M worth of transaction values over a 12 month period.

So if transactions processing values are around $600M  compared to $6B for paypal i.e.  around 10%, then based on this type of fintech deal, and using transaction values as the valuation metric, a value of  10% of the purchase price of izettle by paypal of  $2.2B is around a valuation of $220M!

Even if it is half this valuation amount say $100M, MNW is way undervalued at $ 22M.

I am surprised they raised cash at this low price...
