Timble. They have 500,000 merchants compared to maybe a couple of thousand for mint. Also, the volume is in usd. I have to say, it does seem like a very similar offering to mint. I reckon that valuation is a bit silly really. They probably make 60-120bp a transaction. So on that volume, net revenue of us$36-$72m. I reckon the fact it has 500,000 customers would have been a major factor to the purchase price.
