Eagle Eye's $5million Prospectus Offer has closed substantially oversubscribed.
Approval for Official Quotation for trading on the Australian Stock Exchange Limited ("ASX") of the Company's Shares (code "EYE") and Options (code "EYEO") has been granted by ASX, subject to the Company first completing the normal legal formalities such as Shareholder lists, etc.
As soon as this is done ASX will advise a date for commencement of trading - we are aiming for late November 2006.
At that time the Company's web site will be upgraded to keep you well informed of progress with our quite intensive exploration and development programme on our nickel, gold and other base metals exploration and development project areas around Leonora-Laverton in the N-E Goldfields of Western Australia.
