The SYR shares are owned by Copperstrike. We as shareholders own shares in CSE so we own the SYR shares as owners of CSE...so ALL director decisions have to be in the interests of shareholders.

Regarding Q2, unless things have changed, no. SYR intend to spinoff the MS projects into a new company. SYR shareholders will probably get a priority entitlement to apply for shares in this new company.
