There is some speculation that China sources some of its rare earths from NK. The rockets that Kimmy is firing requires HF in its nozzles, so unless they are buying complete motors they have to get the Hf from their own mining and manufacture them! China has stopped trade with NK and this would mean RE will stop entering China from its neighbour. Supply will be short and if there is a war on the horizon Alk being outside of Asia will get "NOTICED". The question is can people see a connection that will entice investors for the DZP construction.
