They have off takes, a working ore processor and 1mt of light rare earths, 2 years worth of mined ore ready to go, the likelihood of heavy rare earth underneath the existing resource and sovereignty not an issue with an experienced management team that thinks this resource is better than anything they have ever been involved with (LYC) . Plus Nth America trying to shore up its supply chain access to rare earths.
