No, the license was with TFS in late 2004. The license conditions will have a rider that precludes the selling of the license without the agreement of TZL. TFS was also offered 20% TZL shares in the upcoming float so I add that to the reasons I believe Platinum will be taking a similar share. The only reason for the company to have not already listed on the NASDAQ was Txt wanting to be rid of poor performing divisions. They (Txt Inc) also may be wanting a piece of the float. I am sure it will be heavily subscribed and am more than content to wait. I will not be selling more than an amount equal to the original investments as the technology has so many applications the upside looks too good to miss out on. Check this old announcement:
