another point i thought worth mentioning regarding the "plan" mentioned above to acquire one or even two drilling rigs.....i raised the question of funds.

Given the piece of info has come supposedly from JH, then one would assume part of CP plan. One can then assume a "transaction" is already earmarked to obtain funds to acquire these rigs so quickly if CP nominated directors were successful? What are the details of such transaction? I assume they aint going to dig the money up and its going to fall from the sky?

Much has been made of the absence of details of RC package, the same could be said, with alarm bells ringing, of JH comments above regarding CP plans.
