    I wish I could figure out why the stock was behaving this way.

    FBR announce a partnership with Caterpillar (Market Cap USD $60 billion) and goes to 17 cents.

    VIV announce a partnership with Honeywell (Market Cap USD $100 billion) and doesn't do anything.
