interesting week

Interesting week coming up - with Prehearing Conference scheduled for 11am US Eastern Time (Tues evening EST) and the Final SEIS scheduled for finalisation on Friday.

The Prehearing conference should clarify the Intervenor's current position - whether or not they have adjusted their contentions in light of the developments with the SEIS process. May also get a clue as to whether they plan to seek a stay of construction activities following SEIS release.

I would say the Final SEIS release is seen as a given by most and won't excite the market too much. But a nice box tick nevertheless. The Prehearing conference outcomes - given the potential legal hurdles involved - are probably more critical.
