I would think that Range would like to see the options in the money as there is 70 mill odd to be had there , so whith that in mind the issue of new shares would hardly be likley but not an impossibility.As the fundies / top 40 would not take too kindly to a dilution. Thinking top 40 = 80% ;if someone could confirm?
Of the impression there is still a document to be processed by ASIC , understanding that it may have been now scanned but not yet released ,contents well who knows but Consort comes to mind .
