Have you looked at the balance sheet and the cash flow, and have you noticed the Illiquidity with not much cash at 31 December 2010. There is a risk therefore that progress at the mines could be held up with a possible shortage of cash.Cash is the lifeblood of any company,many companies have lostout because they did not pay enough attention to their cash position.Taking out forwards is only temporary as gold has to be diverted to pay off those hedges and is therefor not available to the compasny to use itself, and Forwards have been known to kill companies look what hapopened at the disaster of a good gold miner like Sons of Gwalia killed off by its hedges and going belly up Bust.
I would hope that they would have a deeply discounted rights issue for about $50 million soon.
