NTaylor, the fact that the Vietnamese Prime Minister went public on Coldry is a pretty good indication that the anns aren't just fluff.
Whilst we're on the topic, why would any Prime Minister risk going public and direct public funds into something that doesnt work or wasnt going to happen? Would he really take the risk of all the criticism? You'd think he'd have to be fairly confident, the ONLY thing pollies worry about is their reputation.
