WEC are building plants. Their costs are interesting :
WEC production cost Indo = US$33.65/tonne ( A$37.30/tonne )
Coldry = less than A$20 per tonne

As an example, Coldry electricity costs are $0.50c/tonne, while WEC is $4.50/tonne for its heat and squeeze processing method.
So the real question we should ask is : Could the WEC product be viably exported ? Probably not.
If you were a Chinese or Indian lignite burner, which process would you use - Coldry or WEC ?
