Dave you be jiggling and jangling all over the place - first ESI is to busy to progress Indo deal.
Then when it is pointed out the CEO had time to go overseas for 4 weeks you say no news means deal is still progressing.
Then when it is pointed out that ESI only had to confer with its construction partners to progress Indo deal you say the Vietnam prime minister likes it so who cares what the people who build it think.
Very dangerous logic you are following on that one.
