Issue of notice for less than 5%.
Major headache.
Most holders when going below, especially long term or foundation holders with little ASX experience, have little incentive or willingness to be careful about ASX rules.
Am aware of several situations where ASX have issued pls explains - the Coy didn't even know the holder had dropped below.
Obligation is on the holder not the Coy.
IMO a mandatory penalty of (say 1.5% of the value of 5% of the stock) should apply - to the shareholder.
