Looks like things have not been going smoothly between legend and iffco(india), this has led to legend forming an alliance with the chineese(whegfu).
Iffco may have failed to exercise some options it held in legend, not 100%sure.
RP price might still be relatively low but i suspect more is happening behind the scenes than meets the eye.
