thermionic,a friend who is an engineer in the rail section mentioned to me the other day that the 'EDI' part of the name is redundant also.
The word I heard is that the different divisions are being brought under one entity ie Downer.
Perhaps,my speculation here,one or more divisions being hived off?
Regardless I do think it is time for some disclosure from the company.
