I agree Jeeper. The CFO could have made an official disclosure instead of talking to BusinessDay. It is important to put this issue [equity raise] behind once and for all. It seems that the announcement by the company [21 May 2010] wasn't taken serious as this issue has been lingering ever since.
We all know how equity markets operate, so I am puzzled why the management in this company is hesitant to come out clean on this. Other than that, it is damn cheap. If DOW is about to be hammered again today I hate to say but I am joining shorters for a quick dip and then back in it for a mid term run.
