Hit an interesting price today at $3.39. Looking at it again, the $3.26 low on ther 11/02/09 is of note and no doubt, in the medium term, DOW is entering a buying zone of some confidence IMO. Sub holder also provides more confidence and stalking now.
As of the 29/06 clarification:
* Downer has ample liquidity with in excess of $600 million in available facilities and cash balances.
* The Works Australia division expects to pay all creditors as per agreed creditor terms whilst meeting its internal cash targets.
