this stock is definitely priming for a run, i would think 30c.+ before any ann.
With a commercial deal locked away , anything north of 50c, don't forget this will all happen very quick, not many shares to go around , my prediction is 2011 will be a huge year for TIS. 20 and 30cents will look a steal
