Lots of things going on here:

1. Two new substantial holders - I've not been able to find out anything about them.
2. Current business operations are being sold with a focus on new opportunities.
3. New directors nominated.

Looks to me like we might see a back door listing in the not too distant future. Experience of directors suggests it will still be in the technology space.

There is enough activity for me to take a small punt - in at 0.4 cents yesterday.
