Getting a positive ratings review is just what I expected from the losers at the rating agencies.Over the past 6 weeks M&K have lodged another half dozen+ class actions against BEN on behalf of the investors into anything from almonds to grapes.
Funny that, last time BEN made statements to the ASX saying this was all BS and had no chance of even getting a hearing. No mention of the new lawsuits now! Shouldn't the shareholders be alerted to the fact that the trial in August 2012 (scheduled for 12 weeks) will put $500 million + of shareholders money on the line?
