I think they were speculating/trading it up - as was evident in the charts in the past - this is a tight ship. I think the difference is they have their own employees doing the drilling not the cowboys with the mobiles and big mouths.
I did wonder how much of the ann was already 'factored in' - the rise from a $1 was all about this ann - and while it is very good, it may take a few days for it to settle down.
