If you believe we will be diluted to the point that the SP will be south of here when we begin construction and beyond then you should sell. No one is debating whether dilution will occur. It is an obvious must. But the question is what will the SP be at the end of it. I still think if all goes to plan, the long term retail investor will do exceptionally well buying at these prices.
