Worst of all, Wolgen made serious coin on this all these years through compensation.
The red flag for me was when he basically gave the board / shareholders an ultimatum about getting more compensation when long-term shareholders were down big on this stock.
That to me was enough. I'm glad I sold most of my shares back during that period.
What amazed me the most was that shareholders voted to give him more compensation despite the lousy share price performance.
