This is what annoys me, I doubt retail investors would sell just before an announcement which could raise the sp by 50%, so we have the big players dropping the sp on the low volume to prevent us having a stop loss in place

Was not expecting sp back to 43c pre-announcement on final business/trade day before decision is made

Traders could have bought & sold several times to make a nifty 5% profit every time if only the volume was there to entice day traders as well as investors
