The second supplementary statement summarisied the issues nicely:

1 PPX financial and operational position remains uncertain, and

2 No benefits to PPX from a simplified capital structure unless a high take up ie approaching 100%

IMHO PPX should be taking heat from PPX holders regarding PPX's continued claim the current financial structure (due to PXU) is holding back value creation.

It would appear to be in the best interest of PPX holders to get this sorted ASAP to provide some certainty and to release the value claimed by PPX.

Time for some agitation?
