    THE South Australian government has moved swiftly to assure Sydney-based Kingsgate Consolidated that a disputed tenement surrounding the goldminer's Challenger mine is safe.

    Kingsgate yesterday received a letter from the SA Department of Mines informing the company that a caveat lodged over a key tenement by Perth-based junior Trafford Resources would be removed.
