    Depending on the state, maybe it would be hard for a caveat to work for a right to explore and the entitlements of any minerals found in the tenement, rather than a caveat over a simple land title.

    Regardless even if the caveat is removed it does not change anything as far as EL4468. If KCN and Trafford are found as co owners of the disputed permit then any extension of the mine into that land means that in effect TRF have the rights to half the gold found.

    I am sure it will never be that simple, but removing the caveat does not mean it is safe for KCN at all.
