Interesting that both NCO and IND – two companies with Gus Simpson as Non-Exec Chairman; are creeping up together.

It always concerns me when a company director is the director of numerous companies. For example, let’s say that Gus has been offered one deal, where does he put it NCO or IND? There can be numerous other potential conflicts of interest in such situations. However, assuming he does a deal in one or both companies, there’s always the possibility that a new board will come in and he won’t be there anymore.

Anyhow, let’s hope there is a deal or two brewing as NCO can be trading at 3c for a $10m cap without breaking into a sweat, and depending on the deal, much higher.
