    Some of these patents look similar to ones that xTV would use.

    Apparently the legal battle was an expensive exercise.

    Questions needing answering are whether some were related to xTV or not and who paid for the legal action on behalf of who ? xTV or Acceleration bay.

    I would be very interested to know exactly what patents we "xTV" Australian listed company - own, what they do and the current commercial valuation for those patents.
