Yes it is a very good announcement with production coming on line very quickly after initial discovery. The off take agreement when it comes, will provide a huge boost to share price. If this were in Australia it might be closer to $0.30 and that's totally ignoring their gold assets.
IMO the reason it is only $0.03 is because the market lacks confidence in the credibility of the scoping study and may need more convincing. So ... If you believe the story the real money is to be made by getting in now before the eventual rerating. Looking forward to the off take agreement for now.
