There are some things that they will be able to report about but not others. The strict confidentiality will likely concern the individual claimants, their circumstances and experiences, what went on, what they are being individually paid, etc. What will not be subject to confidentiality however will be the overall quantum value of the settlement and the legal costs component which will be an additional amount. The legal costs will cover both the disbursements (especially of the barristers, experts, etc) and SGH's own professional fees. Put into context, one would likely suggest that a sizeable portion (although, how much?) will go as the disbursement costs.
